Updated 10/05/2026. We added how we record calls and workshops and use AI summaries, how long we keep them, the documents clients may send us, and how our website counts visits. Our website sets no cookies of its own.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA
AKA Consulting Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Personal Information:
- Name, email address, phone number, physical address
- Payment information when you make a purchase or request a quote
- Opt-in records and timestamps for all communication channels (SMS, email, etc.)

- Recordings of our calls and workshops, and AI summaries of them
Call and Workshop Recordings:
We record our video calls with you, calls to and from our office phone line, and our weekly workshop. We tell you at the start of each call and each workshop.
We use an AI service to summarize the recordings for our notes. Our recording service stores the recordings, and we keep the summaries in our customer records. We have no set date for deleting either. Under their terms, the services we use to record and summarize do not use your recordings, transcripts or summaries to train AI models.
If you have questions about our recordings, please contact us using the information in Section 10.
Readiness check
The readiness check on our home page runs in your browser, and we do not receive your answers. If you switch the page's language, your answers are kept briefly in your browser so the page in the other language can show them.
Sign-up Form
If you open our sign-up form from your result, the form receives your result (Repair, Build or Fund) as soon as it opens, before you submit anything. If you open it from one of our workshop buttons, it receives a note that you came from the workshop instead. The form is hosted by our customer relationship management provider, GoHighLevel, which also receives the address of the page you are on, the page you came from, and information your browser sends, such as your IP address. Your result or the workshop note becomes part of your contact record only if you submit the form.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website does not set cookies of its own. Some features on our site, such as forms and booking calendars, come from outside companies. They may use cookies or store information in your browser. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use those features.
Some web browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website does not respond to that signal.
Website Analytics:
Our website host, Vercel, counts visits to our pages. It uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Each time you view a page, Vercel's analytics receive:
- The page you viewed, without anything after a "?" or "#" in its address
- The website that linked you here, if any, as your browser gives it (usually just that website's main address, but the linking page can choose to send its full address)
- Your approximate location, such as your country or city
- Your type of device, its operating system and your browser
- Your IP address
Vercel tells visits apart with a code made from your request, which it discards after 24 hours. Vercel does not receive your answers to the readiness check.
As our website host, Vercel also receives every request to our site, including the full page address and your IP address, so it can deliver the page.

- Opt-out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in our emails
- Opt-out of SMS messages by replying "STOP"

- Withdraw consent at any time for future communications
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 10.
